Description
[Edit]The largest currently developed talus field, easily identified by the giant Whiteface boulder in the center of the field. This area also includes areas up and downhill from the main trail as well as in the forest on the far side of the field and boulders trailside on the way into the field.
When navigating to the "2nd" talus field, it is helpful to know that there is actually a "0th" field of sorts directly after the River Boulder, where there is no developed climbing and thus no identification on Mountain project. The 1st field is actually the second talus area you come across, the 2nd field is actually the 3rd.
