Description
[Edit]The last area on the conservation area loop, and can also be accessed from outside the park. Generally broken into 3 areas - Beehive Knoll (south of the canyon), Oak Creek Canyon within the canyon and Hillside boulders (north of the Canyon, turn right on the Knoll trail before entering the canyon). The Canyon Proper and Hillside Boulders are most easily accessed from within the park, Beehive Knoll is most easily accessed from outside the park at Middle Oak Creek Trailhead on SR-159.
The area boasts striking chunky aretes and features and has tons of fun climbs, if you are prepared for the mostly flat but somewhat lengthy approach!
