Happy Boulders

Probably the second most popular area in Bishop, after the Buttermilks! The Happies is a world class area in its own right, with a lifetime of bouldering on high quality rocks. Big holds/big moves on many climbs feels like hero climbing. A great time!

To get there, drive to the pin on google maps at 37.413446, -118.447760 or turn left onto Chalk Bluff Road from Jean Blanc Road and drive 2.3 miles until the prominent parking area on the south side of the road. Follow the well laid trail straight uphill for a few minutes before coming across the Jesus Chrysler Boulder which is the first in the area.
