Short but great route. Start on the blank face and work your way to the arete. The roof is probably the crux with easier climbing up top.

Short dihedral with stemming to start followed by face and pocket climbing up high.

Sport climbing on Rhyolite with mostly shorter routes. Great climbing in the winter with lots of sun.

## Getting There
Park in the same lot as you would for Atlantis. Facing the tunnel, look left and you will see the old road that leads to the old tunnel. The routes start about a 2 minute walk from the parking lot and continue through the old tunnel.

The Central Arizona Bolt Replacement Program (CABRP) is an accredited 501(c)(3) organization. It was created to preserve the safety and integrity of fixed protection throughout central Arizona. Since its creation, the CABRP has replaced hundreds of worn and aged lead bolts and anchors. The fixed anchors used to create most of the sport climbs in the US are made of non-stainless steel. As such, they are subject to corrosion that weakens the anchors holding power. The non-stainless steel bolts throughout central Arizona have been exposed to environmental factors since the first day they were placed. All told, there are approximately 2,755 total routes throughout central Arizona. Working with the American Safe Climbing Association (ASCA), CABRP is placing stainless steel glue-in bolts and stainless steel expansion anchors specifically designed for the rigors of our sport. CABRP requests that all climbers establishing new routes use modern, stainless steel equipment. CABRP recognizes that this makes establishing a new route more expensive, but it is also the responsible way to protect future climbers and the precious resource that is our rock walls. Queen Creek Coalition is a non-profit organization whose mission is to maximize rock climbing and recreational opportunities in the Queen Creek region located near Superior, Arizona. Queen Creek Coalition currently is working to secure access to regional climbing areas that are now, or in the future may be, either owned by Resolution Copper Mining or affected by its operations. It is also working to secure additional and more permanent access to regional climbing areas and potential climbing areas. To achieve these goals, Queen Creek Coalition is also working with companies, land owners, land managers, and government leaders. Queen Creek Coalition is a Non-Profit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. It has achieved 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service so donations are tax deductible. It is governed by a Board of Directors. Only the official policies, procedures, actions, and agreements authorized by the Board or delegated to its official representatives should be relied on.
