A slabby and easy route on the far right side of the north wall.

Tricks Are For Kids

Good fun route.   Easy approach just off the road, has a mini pumpy crux and a great finish after that.

Narrow Beginnings

This route pulls a series of bulges via crimps and tiny crimps to the ½ way mark. After a brief rest, continue to top on easier, but still technical terrain. One bolt (3 or 4) is tricky to hang/might be dangerous if one fell clipping.

Start on Narrowpathic and join up with Dust at the second pod, then fire the Crux. Fun linkup, has better and more fun moves than each route individually in my opinion.

Dust-pathic (link-up)

This is a relatively new route to the area; a tree at the base of this route was removed when they widened the road.

A fun start on great rock, followed by a brief slab and a good no-hands near some underclings.  From there, head into a bouldery roof section with fun moves and some hard pulling!  Pull up and over the lip to clip the chains.

Black Sails

Fairly sequential with big moves on good holds at the bottom to a tricky crux with multiple solutions finishing with a couple bolts of easy slab.  No single move will shut you down, but it is easy to be out of sequence and "stuck" at several points.

Bouldery moves to a rest, followed by a final push over a bulge to the chains.  Shares chains with TKO

Texture

A great and more direct variation on Texture.  The new addition features positive holds as it pulls directly through the overhanging upper section.

.  Continue past anchors through a roof to a second set of anchors.

Dust

A fun but relentless jaunt up a right leaning dihedral.  There isn't any obvious crux on this route; just continuously hard moves without any good rest, from bottom to top.  Great rock, and a great fitness test 12a to cut your teeth on.

This was incorrectly called "Bitch" for a while.

Teflon Guerrilla

Climb Black Sails up to the big blocky undercling and move right into the roof left of dust, finishes on its own own chains to the left of dust. Awesome movement, one of the best boulder problems on the wall!

Black Sails (In the Sunset)

A powerful and bouldery line between Texture and Narrow Beginnings.  Hard, bouldery climbing through the first four bolts.  After that, tricky face climbing to a final crux that will spit you if you're pumped.

Teflon-Sails (link-up)

Starts on The Boiler (Teflon) and moves to the right after 5th bolt. Moves up into into black streak left of Black Sails and does not go into Black Sails. The pump is steady build, without the greatest rest at any point.

Boiled Over

This linkup shares the bottom crux of TKO and the crux of Dust, and traverses across Textures And Narrowpathic. After doing the bottom of TKO, it becomes less steep. The "pod rest" to Textures, with big underclings, will be to the left of you. You traverse above that pod, not down-climbing into it, and gain the jug rest that is right below the crux of Narrowpathic. From here you traverse up and left, which should put you with your hands in the bottom of Dust's top pod, and your feet stemming across the top of the lower pod. The next moves put you right into the start of Dust's crux.

TDO “technical dust out” (link-up)

If you want a bit more of a challenge than Reloaded, this is a fun extension that adds a fair amount of difficulty and complexity (which may change as it gets chalked and ticked).  After pulling the bulge, instead of heading right to the chains, go up and left towards a new set of chains.

Unloaded

This route climbs half of “Boiler” and does a traverse across Black Sails and finishes on Dusts' chains. Lots of great moves and Grips.

Safe Sport (link-up)

An 11d ending on a set of chains before an overhanging roof.  Used to be the "warm up" for the area.  Continuing to the upper anchors is Dust, 13a.  See

Dirt

A bouldery start leads to a good rest, followed by a short roof and slab finish to the chains.  If you go over the right part of the roof (from some good underclings to a pocket above), much harder than 5.11; probably a one-move wonder 5.12 at that point.
